John specialises in civil litigation and employment law. He has a large caseload of personal injury claims, landlord & tenant disputes, building disputes and employment matters. He takes a direct approach to all matters at the outset, believing an acceptable result for all parties is capable of achievement.
John qualified as a solicitor in 1986 having attended Ormskirk Grammar School and thereafter graduating in law at Bristol. He joined Temple Heelis LLP in 1987 and became a partner in 1989.
John is married and lives in Windermere with his two children. He has a keen interest in sport, particularly rugby union and is a member of Windermere RUFC and Windermere Golf Club.
