Charles is a Partner based at the Kendal office. In his role as Head of Conveyancing, Charles brings more than 20 years experience to the fore in order to provide the best advice for the firm's clients.
He studied law at Sheffield University and completed his studies at the College of Law in Chester. He joined Temple Heelis LLP in 1986 and became a Partner in 1993.
Charles specialises in residential property law and development land. He acts mainly for housebuilders in the negotiation and acquisition of land for development including conditional contracts, options, building licences and affordable housing.
Charles is married. He has many sporting interests including golf, skiing, football and rugby. He also enjoys listening to music, fell walking and cooking.
