Kendal Law Firm Launch New Fixed Fee Business Services
Temple Heelis Solicitors have launched a range of fixed fee dispute resolution services for businesses in South Cumbria including a no win, no fee debt recovery package.
“We’ve listened to our clients and responded by developing fixed fee services that offer businesses certainty of costs, transparency in the process and flexibility in payment methods” said Richard Moore, Managing Partner.
For all commercial disputes the firm offers a free, no commitment consultation to discuss the matter before providing a fixed fee proposal. The services can ‘unbundled’, which means clients control how much assistance they need and at what stage to suit their budget.
SME businesses can choose from two options where they need assistance with debt recovery.
“A recent survey found that 76% of small to medium business in the UK had written off unpaid debts in the last year at a cost of £134 million every day. Our aim is to reduce the stress this places on business in the South Lakes. Clients can choose from either our no recovery, no fee service or for larger debts they may prefer to use our fixed fee package” said John Sim, Partner.
Specific fixed fee services are also available for landlords where they need to take possession of a property and for construction disputes in relation to costs, delays or defective work.
