Good News for Foster Carers
The government has announced that, from September 2018, foster carers will be eligible to receive 30 hours’ free childcare currently on offer to the working parents of three-and-four year olds in England and Wales.

The scheme was originally introduced in 2017, and the government says in its first year it has benefitted over 340,000 children.
The saving to parents can be up to £5,000 per year and allows parents to increase their working hours.
