Our Solicitors, Legal Executives and Legal Assistants have been connecting to the Temple Heelis network securely and remotely on a regular basis for a number of years and are familiar with the practicalities of working from home. We have now increased our capacity for home working to minimise disruption to our clients and are confident that our technology and sensible working practices will ensure a consistently high level of client service as we adapt to the impact of Covid-19.
We are also continuing to work from our Kendal and Windermere offices and our phone lines will be manned as usual. Our offices will, however, be closed to visitors in line with the latest advice from the Government. Unless this advice changes, we will continue to offer a full range of legal services.
New Instructions
We continue to welcome new instructions and are always ready to take initial and follow up instructions by phone (including conference calls), email or online meetings. We can complete all the formalities electronically in the vast majority of matters and can email or post documents that require your signature.
