An experienced property solicitor, Kerry is a member of our Commercial Property team working with clients on property sales, purchases, and landlord and tenant advice. Qualified as a solicitor for over 10 years, Kerry has worked in property since joining Temple Heelis in 2006 as a case worker. With a keen eye for detail and known for her proactive approach to communications, Kerry drives forward every stage of the process and leaves no stone unturned to protect her clients’ interests.
Kerry enjoys the variety of businesses with commercial property interests. They include small businesses in every sector, hospitality and leisure businesses such as hotels, B&Bs and guest houses, retailers, property investors and professional practices including those in health and dental. The variety is enormous and Kerry views her role as helping enhance each client’s own business performance.
Growing up in the beautiful Lake District, Kerry had her heart set on becoming a solicitor from a young age. She has a real focus on the region and brings her legal skills and business acumen in each property transaction.
With three young children and the Lake District on her doorstep, Kerry loves a breathtakingly beautiful walk with her family in her spare time. She is also a keen cricketer and has recently helped establish the Threlkeld Women and Girls Cricket team!
